At BlockBlueLight Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vision and style. If your new frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new frames within 3-5 business days.
